Apply to Be A Molliteum Coach

$55,000 to $110,000+ | Performance-Based Compensation

Your Impact

As a Molliteum Coach, you will join an elite service team and take ownership of Resilience Systems to help our clients perform at top levels.

This Is Not a Coaching Job.

Molliteum builds mental resilience in athletes who perform under the highest pressure in the world.

Our proprietary system is used across the NBA, NHL, NFL, and NCAA. We work with pro athletes, elite youth prospects, and families who demand real results. Not theory. Not therapy. Results.

We are not hiring a "coach." We are choosing our next Molliteum Coach. That means someone with presence. Someone with conviction. Someone with the competitive drive to master a system most people could not execute.

You will start by coaching elite youth athletes and their families. That is where every Molliteum Coach begins. As you prove your ability, your roster grows. The path to coaching professional athletes is real, but it is earned. Not given.

What You Will Do

You will deliver 1-on-1 coaching sessions over Zoom using our proprietary methodology and scripted frameworks. This is precision work. You are not freelancing. You are not "finding your style." You are learning a system that works at the highest level and delivering it with energy, authority, and your own conviction.

Your day to day:

  • Deliver 30-minute sessions every 10 days per client, building toward a roster of 70 active clients

  • Learn our coaching scripts and methodology until you can deliver them without reading. Real tone. Not memorization.

  • Build deep trust with elite youth athletes ages 14 and up

  • Build strong relationships with parents who are investing in their child's future

  • Spot athlete insecurities in real time and address them inside the framework

  • Take coaching calls on the spot when an athlete needs you

  • Track results and report on client progress

  • Adapt your delivery to the person in front of you. Same system, different human.

  • Get coached. Refine. Repeat.

You will also deliver group coaching programs (12-week cohorts, 15 to 20 athletes) as that side of the business grows.

Who This Is for

Five traits. All non-negotiable.

Courage. You jump in. You are fine making mistakes and learning fast. You don't wait until everything is perfect to move. Hesitation is not in your system.

Self-Belief. You might not have every answer right now. But you are certain you can figure it out. When you hit a wall, you solve. You don't freeze.

Vocal Conviction. You don't sound unsure. When you talk, people feel it. Not because you're loud. Because your voice has weight. Athletes need to feel your certainty. If you speak softly or tend to sound hesitant, this role will not work.

Competitive Drive. You want to be the best. Not "pretty good." Not "solid." The best. You hold yourself to a high standard and you are not satisfied with average.

Coachability. You will be coached. Hard and often. Your scripts, your delivery, your tone, your pacing. All of it gets refined. You don't just accept feedback. You want it.

You also need to know sports. Not as a casual fan. You understand athlete culture, the pressure, the language, and the mindset. You can talk to a hockey player about their game and a basketball parent about their kid's recruitment. And neither conversation feels forced.

Who This Is NOT For

We respect everyone's path. But this role needs a specific kind of person. Save yourself the time if:

  • Your voice lacks authority or energy. This is a delivery role. Presence is everything.

  • You are more comfortable studying than doing. We need people who act, not analyze.

  • You need a lot of praise or outside encouragement to stay motivated

  • You are not open to being coached on how to do things differently

  • You don't follow sports or understand what it means to compete

  • You want creative freedom with no structure. This is a system-driven role with clear standards.

Why the Right Person Picks Molliteum

This is not a side gig. This is a career for someone who wants to do real work in human performance.

What you get:

  • You learn a system used with professional athletes most coaches will never work with

  • You build rare skills in communication, persuasion, and high-pressure rapport

  • You grow your name inside a brand that elite athletes trust

  • You earn more responsibility over time. Senior coaching, leadership, and program influence are real paths here.

  • You work in a culture that practices what it teaches. Be your best. Every session. Every day.

What you won't deal with:

  • Meetings about meetings

  • Corporate politics

  • Wondering if your work matters. You will see it in your clients.

Compensation

$55,000 to $110,000+ per year, based on:

  • Client impact and retention

  • Re-sign rates (you earn commission when your clients renew after 12 weeks)

  • Your contribution beyond session delivery

You start on a 6-month performance contract. Coaches who meet the standard move into long-term roles.

How to Apply

Our process is selective by design. We test three things: your heart (who you are), your brain (how you think), and your toolbox (what you can do).

Here is what to expect:

Step 1: Application Fill out the application form. You will answer questions about your character, your ability to help people change, and your knowledge of sports. Generic answers will not make it through.

Step 2: Video Submission We will send you one of our resilience skills called the Success Identity. You will also get the script for how we teach it. Your job is to learn it, then teach it back on camera in 1 to 3 minutes. We are not looking for someone who memorized it. We are looking for someone who can take a framework and deliver it like it is theirs. With conviction. With energy. With presence. This is the step that matters most.

Step 3: Resilience Profile You will complete Molliteum's proprietary assessment. We practice what we coach.

Step 4: Group Interview A live session where we test your conviction and your ability to hold your own in a room.

Step 5: One-on-One Interview For the people who stand out in the group round.

Step 6: Live Session Delivery You deliver a full coaching session using the script we give you. This is the final test. Can you do the job or not.

If this hits home, apply. If not, respect. This is not for everyone. We would rather you know that now than find out three weeks in.
