This application is designed to assess how you think, reflect, and approach responsibility as a coach.

 

It is not an evaluation of experience, credentials, or confidence.

It is an evaluation of alignment.

 

Please answer thoughtfully. There is no advantage to speed.

This process is intentionally selective.

 

Not all applications will be reviewed beyond this stage.

Submitting an application does not guarantee contact or advancement.

 

If there is potential alignment, you will be contacted directly.

🛑 IMPORTANT: Please record a 1-3 minute Loom video and paste the link below.


In your video, cover:

    •    Why you believe you’re a strong fit for this role

    •    Why Molliteum’s standards, philosophy, and work resonate with you

    •    Your current coaching background (briefly)


How to submit:

    1.    Go to https://www.loom.com.

    2.    Click "Get Loom for Free" or "Sign up". Sign up with a Google account, OR email + password.

    3.    Record your 1–3 minute video using the camera function. Use the Chrome extension or desktop app to record the video.

    4.    Copy the video link.

    5.    Paste the Loom link in the application form below.


Applications submitted without a Loom video will not be considered.


(Recording on camera is required — do not submit audio-only or slides.)
