“I swear that I’m doing everything right,” he said. “But no matter what I do, I just can’t get the result."

An NBA client I’ve been working with took me through his promise.


And to his surprise (but not mine) his preparation was ALL WRONG!


He was trying to optimize for results versus optimizing for skill mastery.


He was focused on his game day versus focusing on the work.


He took results as his be all end all, versus realizing they’re just a test to see if his preparation was good.


And, all in all, he was ruining his performances.


So we made the tweaks, made the changes, and got the results.


“That was way easier than I thought,” he said.


And with that - it inspired us to kick off our new YouTube training series - How To Build Confidence For Athletes!


Over the next couple weeks we’ll be starting to reveal the secrets that we follow with our pro athletes and how we help them build their confidence.


We’ll be covering everything from blueprints, to tips, and skills that you/your athlete can use and get real results fast!
